Why is this important?

Statistics show alarming data regarding the most vulnerable groups in society:

of the population lack competencies for employment or career development

of the country's youth (23,000 people) are neither studying nor working

Ukrainian refugees registered in Latvia

of all households with children are single-parent families

of people with disabilities aged 15–74 are currently employed

Social Entrepreneurship — How do we help?

Symbolic Co-financing

Our educational programs are available with a symbolic co-financing fee of just 100–150 euros, depending on the selected course.

Flexible Payment Terms

It is possible to split the fee into multiple installments, paying gradually without any additional interest.

We believe the opportunity to learn and grow should be accessible to everyone, regardless of life circumstances.

In addition to the core training, we provide:

Support from a specialized psychologist to help overcome emotional barriers and lack of motivation.
