Our Projects
Artificial Intelligence (AI) Tools for Meaningful Learning and Training
To adapt to the rapid digital transformation and the demand for flexible hybrid learning, the MOST Business School team is heading to Malta. The main goal of the project is to raise our educators' competence in using artificial intelligence tools and non-formal education methods in a digital environment. We want to modernize our study programs, making them more engaging, accessible, and inclusive.
Daily, we work with entrepreneurs, managers, and adults from various sectors, including people with limited digital skills and time constraints. Thanks to this Erasmus+ mobility, we will be able to integrate AI tools responsibly, develop more personalized learning approaches, and ensure an equally high-quality experience for both in-person and online students. As a result, internal guidelines for using AI in adult education will be developed.
The Power of Non-Formal Education
Our director travelled to Bucharest to participate in a training course on non-formal education and its role in society, as well as to share experiences with organizations from all over Europe. The aim of the project was to acknowledge the political dimension of non-formal education and to improve daily pedagogical practices, building a more active civil society. The project took place from June 9 to 13.
